Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I enter the competition?

Simply complete an entry form and post it into the entry box for the prize you want to win.  The entry boxes are located opposite Costa.  There are 24 prizes on offer.

2. Can I enter online?

No.  You must enter the 24 days of Christmas competition in The Academy Shopping Centre.

3. How will the winners be drawn?

Winners will be selected at random on after each day of the promotion.  For example, a winner for the prize on offer for the 1st December will be selected at ransom and contacted on the 2nd December.

4. If I win, how will I be notified?

Winners will be notified using the contact details provided on your entry form.  For this reason, you must make sure that all information is correct and written clearly on your entry form.

5. Is there a limit to how many times I can enter?

You can enter the competition as many times as you like within the promotion dates, although each time you enter you must complete a new entry form.

6. What prizes are on offer?

Please see a list of prizes on offer on the website.

7. What happens if there are no entries for a prize?

If there are no entries for a prize, the prize will roll over to the next day.
